The Directors
The founding directors of Home Swap Limited are all career Estate Agents who have between them over 60 years combined experience in the UK property market. Mark Flynn, Julian Partridge and Jon Williams have all operated in both the challenging and booming market conditions experienced since the late 1980's. Passionate and knowledgeable about the property market, all three directors fully understand and empathise with the challenges faced by Estate Agents and the general public in the current market conditions.
The History
Mark Flynn and Jon Williams first ran a home exchange or home swapping system back in the early 1990's during the last housing market downturn and using a manual system successfully arranged a number of home swaps for very satisfied clients. Seventeen years on and with the benefit of the internet revolution the three directors devised and built a bespoke property matching system to form the 'No. 1 dating agency for property', Homeswapshop.com.
